i wasn't happy that the room temperature was centrally controlled i prefer to adjust it myself to be more comfortable also the bed in the room was quite firm it wasn't the most restful sleep i've had the shower head was leaking a bit of water when i wasn't using it i thought it could be more efficient and not waste water

I appreciated the free parking. It made exploring the surrounding area simple. The location was also convenient, a short walk to the main attractions. The breakfast offered a great start to each day, with plenty of choices.

My room had thin walls, I could hear noises from adjacent rooms. The pillows were too flat, affecting my sleep quality. The shower temperature was inconsistent. It alternated between hot and cold.

The car park was definitely handy. I managed to snag a spot without a hitch.

the room was... questionable. the 'double room private external bathroom' situation meant trekking down the hall in my pjs, which wasn't exactly chic. plus, the noise from other guests sounded like they were auditioning for a tap-dancing troupe right outside my door. sleeping past 7 a.m.? not on the cards. oh, and the tv remote had a mind of its own... mostly, it seemed to hate me.
